The successful candidate will play a central role in practice management of members, client relationship development, fee negotiation and team leadership, while helping to drive the continued success and reputation of chambers.
To deliver an excellent level of revenue control and related case management support to Chambers’ clerking teams. This role will include working closely with both the clerking team and finance function in Chambers in order to provide an efficient professional service to both members of Chambers and their professional clients.

The successful candidate will manage and develop the practices of a designated team of highly specialist Barristers and support business development and marketing activities for defined practice areas, including the development of client relationships.
