We know that great individuals are difficult to find so we have a strict rule at GRL which is that we will never directly contact a candidate we have placed within a client’s business.

We work hard to build trust on the client and candidate sides and simply moving people around for a fee, does not fit with our ethos.

However, we will keep in contact with you and interact through social and other digital media.
