Working within a dynamic team, Chambers urgently seeks to appoint a highly suitable, dynamic individual to the position of Administration Assistant. This full-time position is offered on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is an important support role that is integral to the efficient operation of Chambers. The successful applicant must be capable of working within a team, while being able to work autonomously (after a reasonable initial period). They will preferably have some experience working in a similar role in another Chambers or professional environment.
Duties fall across the full remit of administration and low-level social media and events marketing and duties will include;
- Management of external contractors
- Recruitment & Pupillage Support
- Communications & Marketing
- Events & External Engagement
- Committee & Clerking (Practice Management) Support
Required Skills and Attributes
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (LEX training will be provided).
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent attention to detail
- Personable and confident, with the ability to build relationships with key staff
