With 83 barrister members, including 20 King’s Counsel, providing specialist advice, support and representation in employment, personal injury, clinical negligence and professional discipline and associated areas.
Chambers now seeks to recruit a highly suitable individual to the position of Junior Team Leader. This position works closely with the senior members of the team to provide first-class support services to the Clerks’ Room, Members of Chambers and clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Working closely with the senior clerks to deliver the ongoing management, review, and development of all clerking functions.
- Being proactive and ‘hands-on’ in the management and development of members and their practices.
- The leadership, management, and development of colleagues, creating positive working practices and environments.
- Participation, including leading on elements of Chambers’ business development and marketing functions.
- Continuous management and development of new and existing professional client relationships – ensuring constant review and feedback.
- The ability to develop and deliver opportunities to create work from established and new clients.
Suitable individuals will have experience working in a similarly fast-paced and successful Chambers’ environment, ideally with a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience. They will be confident, a natural team player, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
