Director of Operations and Finance

Gudula leads the Gill Rees Legal Team providing support to Management Teams in Chambers and Law Firms across their HR and Administration projects and training requirements. Before moving into the legal sector in 2008 she completed a successful career in the Armed Forces.

She has over 20 years’ experience at senior management level and has broad expertise which includes change management, business development, restructuring, HR, recruiting, IT, finance, GDPR, facilities and project management. Gudula has delivered numerous successful projects on time and within budget.

Gudula is well versed in creating, developing and implementing policies and procedures, including drafting supporting documentation. She has been an integral member of the senior management teams in both chambers and law firms and has a thorough understanding of the changing face of the legal market. She provides effective and sound advice, fully understanding the requirements to support management teams in chambers and in law firms. She has excellent negotiation skills including reviewing contracts and streamlining operations to facilitate a more efficient and effective organisation.

Gudula also delivers bespoke training and personal development sessions to Management and Staff teams as well as on a one to one basis.

Gudula has a BA (Hons) in Business and Finance.
