After taking her degree in Biochemistry, Patricia originally pursued a career in scientific research before moving to the commercial sector. She has extensive knowledge and experience in HR consultancy and has operated in the private and public sector.

Patricia leads on employment law, HR policies and procedures, complex investigations analysis and research and has considerable experience in the field of employee relations. Patricia is also part of the company’s change team and has worked on recruitment and assessment.

Patricia was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1995.
