Our client is a highly regarded specialist Barristers’ Chambers with more than 150 Barristers (including 37 Kings Counsel).  Chambers has a formidable reputation and is recognised for excellence across all its key practice areas. Members of Chambers and Staff are also acknowledged for providing outstanding client service.

This important position offers and outstanding opportunity for a suitable individual seeking career progression in a busy and fast paced environment. The role will support members of Chambers practicing in the housing, immigration, community care, court of protection and public law teams and there is no requirement to have specialist knowledge of these areas as full training will be provided. It is vital that the incoming person fits quickly in to this cohesive and hard working team.

Reporting to and working closely with the Senior Practice Manager, key duties will include:

Pro-active diary and practice management

Strategic business development

Effective client relationship management

Supervision and development of more junior colleagues

Ongoing review and improvement of systems and processess

Suitable individuals will ideally possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience gained in a similar role in a fast paced Chambers environment.  They will be highly motivated, client service focused and possess outstanding communication skills and a strong team ethic.
