Our Client, a leading Barristers’ Chambers, widely accepted as frontrunners in Crime, Fraud and Regulatory matters, is seeking to appoint a suitable person to the role of Practice Clerk.

The successful candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience working in a similar environment, have a proactive approach to all of their duties and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.

 The Role

  • Assisting with the overall management of the diary and junior clerking team, performing full diary management tasks every day
  • Assisting the senior clerking team when identifying gaps and/or over-bookings in individual diaries. Assist in re-allocating and communication with professional client.
  • Seeking new areas of work and new instructions in order to create cohesive practice teams. Supervision of Junior Clerks
  • Client Care & Liaison
  • Direct Access
  • Attending social engagements
  • Attend Practice Review Meetings

The role is offered with a highly competitive salary commensurate with experience.
