Chambers is seeking to appoint a highly suitable individual to the newly created position of Head of Marketing. Joining a highly effective and friendly team, suitable candidates will be seeking a rewarding role in a forward-thinking and proactive environment.
Key duties include:
- Drafting and developing a Chambers wide marketing strategy
- Significant budget management and reporting
- Producing data driven reports on initiatives effectiveness/ROI
- Leading, managing and mentoring the marketing team, ensuring a high performing and highly motivated team
- Proposing new and innovative ideas for brand management and reporting on their effectiveness
- Taking strategic lead on all communication channels
- Strategic competitor, workflow and market analysis
- Oversee Chambers’ extensive Events programme
The successful applicant:
- Graduate or equivalent professional or vocational qualification
- Proven managerial skills to motivate and mentor the marketing team
- Significant experience of leading and managing a strategic marketing team
- Ability to demonstrate significant budgetary responsibility and management
- Experience of presenting reports and audits to Senior Management
- Ability to demonstrate successful project management
