Our client is a large, long-established, leading civil set of Barristers’ Chambers based in the Temple. Chambers’ core practice areas include Personal Injury, Industrial Disease, and Employment Law.  Members of Chambers provide advice and advocacy services to a broad range of clients and individuals and have a well deserved and consistent reputation for excellence. Chambers’ Practice Management team and professional support staff are also recognised for their dedication and commitment to client service.

Chambers is seeking to appoint a highly suitable individual to the newly created position of Head of Marketing. Joining a highly effective and friendly team, suitable candidates will be seeking a rewarding role in a forward-thinking and proactive environment.

Key duties include:

  • Drafting and developing a Chambers wide marketing strategy
  • Significant budget management and reporting
  • Producing data driven reports on initiatives effectiveness/ROI
  • Leading, managing and mentoring the marketing team, ensuring a high performing and highly motivated team
  • Proposing new and innovative ideas for brand management and reporting on their effectiveness
  • Taking strategic lead on all communication channels
  • Strategic competitor, workflow and market analysis
  • Oversee Chambers’ extensive Events programme

The successful applicant:

  • Graduate or equivalent professional or vocational qualification
  • Proven managerial skills to motivate and mentor the marketing team
  • Significant experience of leading and managing a strategic marketing team
  • Ability to demonstrate significant budgetary responsibility and management
  • Experience of presenting reports and audits to Senior Management
  • Ability to demonstrate successful project management
