Our client is a highly regarded specialist Barristers’ Chambers with a formidable reputation and is recognised for excellence across all its key practice areas. Members of Chambers and Staff are also acknowledged for providing outstanding client service.
This role provides direct support to the Senior Leadership function and represents an outstanding opportunity to become a key member of this high performing team. Operating within a fast paced environment and working closely with and reporting to one of the Directors, the role provides high level administrative and more general support across Chambers’ broad HR requirements and functions.
Key tasks include:
- Organising and supporting board level meetings – accurate reporting/implementation
- Recruitment – onboarding, managing records, administering processes
- Key contact for members of chambers and staff for training and development
- Supporting the delivery of key initiatives, ED&I, Wellbeing, and people focused
- Ongoing review of processes, policies and procedures
Suitable individuals will have experience gained in a professional services or similar environment supporting senior leaders or teams. They will possess first rate administration and communication skills and be comfortable completing multiple tasks successfully often with competing deadlines. They will also be highly motivated, positive and client service focused.
