Our client, a global legal business, operating from locations nationwide, is now seeking a specialist Employment Barrister or Solicitor Advocate to join its successful Advocacy team.
Operating much like a set of chambers and with dedicated professional clerking, business development, marketing and support services, the barristers and advocates work closely with the partners and associates to deliver a full service offering to its broad range of business clients.
Working closely with the partners and associates in the employment teams, the employment law advocates represent both employers and employees at all levels in Tribunals and Courts on a wide range of claims of discrimination, unfair/wrongful dismissal, TUPE, misconduct, and regulatory matters. Ideally between 5-12 years’ call (or PQE for Solicitor Advocates), suitable applicants will be experienced in managing a busy Employment Law practice.
