£25-28k depending on experience plus benefits inc hybrid working
Our client, Thought Leaders 4,is a full-service legal events and content provider, established in 2019 by three passionate and experienced founders who identified a need for a genuine community-based approach. It offers a fast paced and dynamic working environment with a hybrid working model. The role will report to Head of Operations, as well as working closely with the wider Thought Leaders 4 teams.
Due to impressive company growth, Thought Leaders 4 is seeking a dedicated and highly organised Customer Services and Office Support Executive. You will play a critical role in the development of this new position, offering an exciting opportunity to be a part of shaping the Customer Services experience.
Responsibilities
Customer Services
- Build client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
- Respond to event and community queries via email and phone in a timely manner and communicating across TL4 teams when necessary.
- Managing registration amendments efficiently and consistently.
- Working closely with Finance to accurately manage invoicing queries and updates.
- Work with Head of Operations and Project Director to assist in the development of efficient processes to enhance customer experience and streamline internal protocols.
Office Support
- Oversee office management duties including, facilities, supplies, and supplier relationships.
- Managing new starter onboarding and ensuring smooth IT set up.
- Booking staff travel and accommodation requirements.
- Assist with the coordination of internal training and team building activities.
- Ad hoc support to 3 company founders.
Experience
Required
- Strong organisation skills. Must be able to manage a high volume of client communications simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to adapt and develop with an evolving company.
Desired
- Experience in customer service or a related role.
