Our client is a full-service legal events and content provider based in London WC2. TL4 has over 40 years of combined experience and knowledge in this sector and having built significant strong relationships with its clients and in the market generally, is looking to expand its team. TL4 now seeks a Marketing Executive to provide comprehensive and proactive support to the Marketing and BD efforts of its business.

The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Director and the Founders in the development and execution of the overall marketing strategy across the 4 communities. This is a unique position where you will work closely with all the founders to ensure that the marketing strategy is executed on time and tracked accordingly.

Previous experience in generating leads, setting up email campaigns, designing email templates, and writing content for web and social media is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process and work to critique and improve its outcomes.


Support the directors in:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns across Web, E-mail & social media
  • Team player and highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Ensuring effective delivery of partnership agreements
  • Writing copy for all marketing collateral (emails and websites)
  • Ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met.
  • Analysing and reporting on competitor activity
  • Developing the post-event survey process, execution, and reporting
  • Tracking costs against budget, raising orders, maintaining invoice records, and marketing budget trackers in line with business requirements for the event marketing
  • Additional responsibilities as appropriate

Skills required

  • A solid understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under deadlines
  • Experience in using MailChimp to set up and manage e-mail campaigns
  • Using a CRM system
  • Analytics Experience (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics preferred)
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not essential.
  • Knowledge of HTML is a plus but not essential

  • Analyse marketing campaign performance data to enhance future results and make strategic and tactical recommendations to senior management and other key event stakeholders.
