Our client, ThoughtLeaders4, is a full-service legal events and content provider with over 40 years’ combined experience. Leveraging their expertise and strong relationships with key experts across the globe, they create focused communities, content and events that deliver critical knowledge transfer and new business opportunities within the legal sector. Their aim is to create a community for members to share their thoughts, meet new contacts and reconnect with existing friends.
This exciting, newly created and pivotal position within the organisation requires full 360-degree management of conferences and events, both in-person and virtual. The role will play an important role in determining the pace of the community event portfolio over the next few years.
Responsibilities include:
- Work with the in-house marketing team to ensure events are promoted in line with company goals, including feeding in new ideas for marketing the events and the production of all marketing copy, as required.
- Produce high-quality, robust and innovative multi-stream agendas and conference programmes.
- Responsible for multiple annual events as well as new event launches from the onset.
- Conduct in-depth research to determine the content for the conference agenda within the legal sector.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise commercial opportunities.
